Disability discrimination: failing to make reasonable adjustments

A recent EAT decision highlights the importance of businesses understanding their obligations under disability discrimination legislation.

In this case, the EAT held that a Chief Constable breached his duty to make reasonable adjustments by failing to reinstate an officer who resigned while depressed.
