Commercial disputes have increased over the past few years due, in part, to the recessionary pressures many businesses have had to contend with.

We have produced a checklist setting out the actions that a business should take when a dispute or potential dispute arises. It applies to any dispute or incident, whether brought by or against a business (for example, a dispute with a trading partner or a prosecution by a regulatory body).
